The musical talent of Stefan Heinz (born in Balingen in 1973) began to show at a very young age. He received his first piano lessons when he was only 7 years old. In 1991 he launched his career as a musician. Heinz was the live keyboard player for various bands which eventually led to international success and a major deal with EMI and BMG. While touring Europe he was able to gain valuable experience as a live musician. In 2002, Stefan Heinz founded his first recording studio und started producing his own albums. With world music as his main focus, he was able to release and successfully sell several albums under the project name of Ethno Music Orchestra on iTunes. In 2006 his first movie score – composed for a documentary about Nostradamus – was released. Heinz’ music is licensed to the international advertisement and TV industry via Getty Images/ Pump Audio. In 2010, he founded Audio2Score together with Heiko Streicher. The composers successfully collaborate for the scoring and producing of music for motion pictures, games, trailers and advertisements.
