In the luxurious but slightly run-down resort, between palm trees, brightly colored cocktails and worn lounge furniture, a plan is hatched. Adorned with polyester shirts, huge sunglasses and lots of gold jewelry, a group of charismatic petty criminals intend to rob the resort's casino.

The inspector quickly realised that one of the witnesses was playing the game. The arrested burglars must have had an accomplice inside the bank - how else could the safe have been cracked without heavy tools? Thoughtfully, he lights a Gauloises and steps out onto the rain-soaked pavement of Munich-Schwabing.

OK, the plan isn't 100% well thought out and the newly assembled gang of crooks has never worked together before. Nevertheless, our protagonist throws himself into the adventure because the prospect of a carefree life of wealth is too tempting. Just one more break-in and then it's off to St. Tropez!
